Hand picked. Cold pressed. Olive varietals include Frantoio, Pendolino, Moroiola and Canino.
DISCLAIMER: Our Umbrian Blend received certification as Extra Virgin Olive Oil valid for 24 months from the harvest date. Our harvest date of 10/28/23 has since past the 24 months.
