A blend of Farga (Spanish), Picoline (French) and Canino (Italian) olive varietals. A medium, earthy oil with a peppery finish.
DISCLAIMER: Our Mediterranean Blend received certification as Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Ca Olive Oil Council valid for 24 months from the harvest date. Our harvest date of 12/28/23 has since past the 24 months.
