We are pleased to offer one of Olivedipity’s Aged White Balsamics.
Enjoy this champagne flavored white balsamic with seafood, salads and roasted vegetables. It has a slightly tart flavor with a champagne twist.
USE IN:
Create a vinaigrette with our Blood Orange EVOO for a delicious salad dressing. Add a little Dijon mustard or horseradish to add some depth of flavor.
Marinade shrimp or scallops, and then add a little over the top once cooked.
Grill fresh apricots, top with seasoned ricotta and drizzle Champagne White Balsamic over the top.
This is great with fruity desserts or a fresh fruit snack.
